Appassionato: Italian, “passionately”; commonly used in musical terminology to indicate the spirit with which a piece should be played.

Perhaps this is perpetuating the ancient fallacy that emotion has a cardiac cause (the inverse may be true, in terms of autonomic nervous system responses increasing heart rate)…still, a wordplay on “heartstrings” works slightly better in this way than an illustration of the amygdala (a fascinating organ for sure, but not too visually inspiring).
